Nextcloud periodically tries to access 88.198.160.138,tcp:443 (most likely https://pushfeed.nextcloud.com), which seems to be originating from apps/nextcloud_announcements/lib/Cron/Crawler.php
Expected behaviour
I assume, setting has_internet_connection to false, should prohibit nextcloud all outgoing connections to the internet
Actual behaviour
Outgoing connections to 88.198.160.138 tcp 443
Server configuration
Nextcloud version: : 13.0.5
