Contact list broken layout

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in
2. Right top corner, click on contacts icon

Expected behaviour

The contacts should stay in the popup window.

Actual behaviour

The list is too long or the popup to short. Looks a bit strange

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #9693 (Logcondition broken), #5504 ('Contacts Birthdays' showing up as task list), #10438 (Contact app is broken), #6622 (Settings menu layout is broken), and #198 (Updater broken(?)).
