Just to double-check, the features above mentioned (delayed mail & undo sent) are the groupware features for 24 that we can talk about? Is there anything else that made it in that was unplanned or small or by a community contributor?

Yes, they are. nextcloud/calendar#3864 is another bigger UI feature we did in the scope of 24.
