On first run the user should be asked for his email, display name and to set an avatar, if those are not already set e.g. though external user backends.

We already do this in the server. It's a background job that adds a notification. @nickvergessen or @schiessle added this.

The idea that @jancborchardt had in #57 was to add the input fields/avatar upload to the wizard so the user can input his personal information directly:

An important thing to actually do here in the first run screen is to directly get a new person to put in their name, email address (if not there yet), and avatar. We should have these fields directly there so they don’t have to go to the Personal settings.
