Not needed, there is already an app for that:
https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/extract

Supported :
Zip
Rar
Tar
Gzip
7z
Deb
Bzip2

I think zip and unzip should be in the same app.

Also, I find that it is impossible to use the extract app on Nextcloud 25.

It would be really good to have both functions, zip and extract in one app. Better to maintain and easier to handle compatibility issues - the extract app has still no support for NC25.

Extract appears to still work with NC25 & NC26 per reports if force enabled, but not sure the status of current maintainer:

Extract does not work on 28+ and appears abandoned by dev. It would be good to get functionality ported over here. The cronjob based method makes for a better UX here too I believe.

Please provide unzipping, the "extract" app is not working any longer and it appears it won't come back.
Thanks!
