Wit the new design the navigation should blur. That is specified with https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-vue/blob/2be31da78f84967b607f6e14d0dbdd2b0aa9ab70/src/components/NcAppNavigation/NcAppNavigation.vue#L163. However, due to https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-vue/blob/2be31da78f84967b607f6e14d0dbdd2b0aa9ab70/src/components/NcAppNavigation/NcAppNavigation.vue#L142 it doesn't.

Tested on FF.
