Context: A new docker image is released with every package version: https://github.com/nasaharvest/openmapflow/actions/workflows/docker.yaml

Issue: From version 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 the docker image size grew substantially.

Potential solution: Build locally and investigate differences.

The JVM folder size is larger in more recent versions. An upgrade to the latest torchserve version may do the trick. https://hub.docker.com/r/pytorch/torchserve
