Not able to build docker file of gpu-flavor

Describe the issue:

While running the build up command of dockerfile encounter error as i have attached in the log file. I run the command
[docker build -t gpu-workspace .]
gpuSetup.log

This issue is stale because it has been open 90 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 14 days
