Clear content breaks if (some) forests are read-only..

Clear on a read-only forest obviously not allowed. There could be a reason to not want clean content to happen, but better to disable clean content through app_specific override then. I think it makes sense to simply skip read-only forests at clean content..

Does clean content cause an error now if some forests are read-only, or does it just silently leave that content alone?

With 'breaks' I meant throws an error and potentially only clears partially, if at all
