Intermittent issue, on some restarts of IDE the state of the Kai plugin is lost

I had a successful configuration of the Kai plugin, analysis ran successfully.
I restarted the VSCode process.
It came up with the Kai Configuration empty, the values I had prior were not recorded and the analysis info was not present.

Looks like a potential issue of something not being written to disk.

The other potential is that prior to this I had an unsuccessful request to Kai backend, the IDE was spinning with the 'Generating Fix' icon spinning...I restarted to clear that, so maybe that is related to reproducing this.
