Triple-quoted strings in doctest code in docstrings are changed to always be double-quoted. Since this is not really configurable (skip_string_normalization = True will still change quotes if appropriate), I chose to manually change them back to whatever it was before.

This turned out not to be as easy as I thought it would (see #41, #43, and #137), so it would be good to find a consistent way to do this.
