What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Controller: Amazon Linux 2
Agents: Debian 11 "Bullseye"

Reproduction steps

• Build a new image from jenkins:inbound-agent:jdk11 installing jdk-8
• Run container with $JENKINS_JAVA_BIN=/opt/java/openjdk/bin/java env variable

Expected Results

Run /usr/local/bin/jenkins-slave with jdk11

Actual Results

It tries to run /usr/local/bin/jenkins-slave with jdk-8 and gets error

This issue now fixed: we were able to locate the old system which was parasiting the image deployment and releases as per #609.

Now, the latest tags are behaving as expected.
