Lead discussions to better delineate the following roles within IPFS, and consolidate findings/decisions in a central location to be used for generating future job descriptions, workplans, etc:

• Community and developer relations
• Communications and public relations
• Visual design
• User experience and user research
• Technical content strategy

My plan is to facilitate these discussions in Q2 with @momack2, @autonome, @renrutnnej, @ericronne, @andrew, and @rachelgreenhorn (as well as anyone else who wants to take part!).
