Improvements:

• pubsub subscription singleton should be removed in favor of abort signal and return an it
• remove the need for gossipsub extra delay in the tests
  • with gossipsub subscribers may not receive the first couple of messages libp2p/go-libp2p-pubsub#331
  • Enable pubsub by default kubo#6621

missing stuff to add later:

• add validation in the api for rabin chunk params fix: go-ipfs 0.5 sync interop#113 (comment)
• buzhash in ipfs.add
• cid http endpoint
• /api/v0/dag/export
• /api/v0/dag/import
