I'd like to setup a test suite for the webui, so i can reliably know merging something without running it + QA-ing it myself won't totally break everything. both:

  1. with a mocked out API (jasmine or whatever we want)
  2. with a live running node, so we test it end-to-end

this issue will track proposals on how to do this test suite.
