Switching to js-ipfs from ipfs/js-ipfs#1989 for next beta release

This is a temporary fix until js-ipfs switches to a release of hapi-pino that includes hapijs/hapi-pino#76
This switches hapi version to code from upstream PR
Latest dev version has file upload issues, falling back to the latest stable.
