In past ipfs-webui crashed due to missing APIs (IPNS, MFS), but recent version works quite nicely.

This PR enables Web UI with embedded js-ipfs node.
In the past ipfs-webui crashed due to missing APIs (IPNS, MFS) or misaligned CID/multiaddr versions, but recent version works quite nicely:
Parking this PR until js-ipfs v0.34.0 officially lands :)
