Strip down to the full-featured browser (Helia) usecase

This project has the ability to show the power of Helia in the browser. Right now it's depending on a local IPFS daemon to be running that speaks the Kubo RPC API and/or the PL-run preload nodes (which are going to get shut down in 2023: ipfs/ipfs#499 ). Instead we can rely on Helia.
