[FEATURE REQUEST] Occupant thermostat override model

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to be able to receive occupant feedback about my control actions to enable make better assessment on thermal comfort instead of the current method where a band about the setpoint is assumed to provide comfort for occupants.
