Marking this issue down for documentation purposes in the future if someone wishes to pick this up later.

Gene Ontology
- requires finding valid goa_human.gaf file
Cancer Gene Census
- CGC csv is behind a login now
Variant Annotations (Civic clinical evidence)
- TSV structure has changed. Data not mapped correctly and cannot be joined to mutations by ETL.
~~Pathway summary data is broken~~
- worked with reactome team to resolve.
