Render medical and community services

While commercial services are generally rendered, nothing for medical and community services.

It would surely be an incentive for contributors to add POI for these services if these were rendered.

I agree completely, but see #763: things that are tagged healthcare=* cannot be rendered yet.
Amenity=* should be looked at for sure, this has been asked for in #108 already
