deactivate on-tap

I want to deactivate on-tap event management to avoid to toggle menu.

My goal is to have this

and be able to click on buttons without toggle menu.

I search but I don't find a way. I can contribute and send a pull request but before work I want to know if it is not already possible with a method I don't know.
