Move blocks that rely on fields that were moved to samples out of core

• I have searched for similar issues before opening a new one.

Problem

We want to delete the fields that were moved into samples out of core, but we can't do that until the blocks using those fields are removed.

Request

Move the blocks that rely on the following fields into a plugin (or plugins):

• angle field (should be no blocks)
• multiline input field (should be one block)
• colour field
