Based on this comment by @Calinou, we should add documentation that instructs users, step-by-step, how to setup automated builds for all platforms on GitHub, assuming they already have a locally compiling C++ sample (from the existing GDNative C++ example tutorial) and a public GitHub repo containing the code (#2814).
