Little animation as the mouse hovers over the image

Grid have seem to have lost the little animation as the mouse hovers over the image (that expands the image a bit, is that expected?

Versions (please complete the following information):

• Moodle: 4.1.1
• Format: 401.0.3
• Browser and version: Edge Version 110.0.1587.50 - Windows 10

Dear @nenorojas,

The M4.0+ version is a complete re-write from scratch due to the changes in the course format API. And functionality will be added back when it is funded.
