Send SDK frames

The SDK Crash Detection (getsentry/sentry#44342) needs SDK frames to detect SDK crashes on Sentry. Therefore, SDKs should start sending SDK frames with their stack traces. When doing this change, ensure that this has no impact on grouping, which shouldn't be a problem if the in-app grouping config is configured correctly, as we have it for Cocoa, for example.

If your SDK already sends SDK frames, simply check the checkbox. Otherwise, create an issue, please.
