Database CTA-Simulation-Model-Descriptions and descriptions in schema files

The database CTA-Simulation-Model-Descriptions is not used anywhere (but defined in db_handler). This database is obsolete, as model parameter descriptions are part of the schema files in simtools/schemas/model_parameters/

Suggest to review and compare once more the schema files with the contents of CTA-Simulation-Model-Descriptions. I do think that especially the additional data (printIf and parOrAlg is not propagated yet into the schema files) might still be useful for the model parameter report generation (but this needs to be checked)
