Asset security:
Security is the most important thing to FILWallet and we always place at the top of the development. FILWallet completes a comprehensive security review by two security auditing companies (Certik and Artemis). At the same time,  the user's mnemonic and private key are only stored in the ciphertext on the mobile phone, and the stored ciphertext is generated by complex strategies and secure encryption algorithms to ensure security. The user needs to enter the password to decrypt the data before using the private key to sign the data. The platform will not access and store any user's mnemonic or private key, and will not transmit it through the network; and has also made more security protections to prevent illegal attacks.


FILWallet currently has a 3000+ user base, with a daily FIL transfer of nearly 100000+, and has won unanimous praise from ecological users. In the future, Filecoin will support smart contracts, and FILWallet will explore financial-based derivatives services and provide on-chain data analysis services. Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.


First of all, we believe that Filecoin is better at storing data of WEB3 enterprises than Amazon Cloud, so we will give priority to NFT data, DeFi data, gamefil data, WEB3 based video, audio and other Dapp data -- 50%
Secondly, the amount of enterprise level data is huge, and the demand for storage is also huge. Therefore, we will also use high-quality enterprise level data storage -- 40%
Finally, whether to apply for personal data will depend on the situation. We believe that the storage needs of individual users do exist, but the amount of data generated by individual users is relatively small, so we may use a small number of individual users -- 10%

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

We will buy a ledger wallet, which will be managed by me personally. I will write down the mnemonic words of the wallet and put them in the filing cabinet of our company (the key of the cabinet is kept by me alone).

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them?

First of all, we will collect customer information and strictly screen to determine whether he meets the qualifications of DataCap;
Find out whether it is legal and review the registration documents of the client company;
Sign and fingerprint (official seal and company seal are required);
Customer ID card and photo;
The operating conditions, objectives and main businesses of the client company.
Then, we will ask the customer these questions:
Are you an individual or an enterprise? How much data storage do you plan to apply for?
How can you prove that you have so much data? Please provide evidence to prove it?
What kind of data do you want to store? Please give an example to prove it?
How do you plan to store and which SPs to cooperate with? Please list the node number of the SP.
Can you share your distribution plan and ensure compliance with FIL+rules, with no more than 30% per SP?

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.

Before allocating DC, I will confirm to the customer again:
1. Please list the cooperation nodes and clearly give the reasons for cooperation.
2. Can you ensure that at least 4 nodes are used, and each node does not exceed 30%?
3. Is there any understanding, investment relationship and interest exchange between sp and customers?
4. We will clearly tell the customer that the DC encapsulation will be monitored and reviewed by the community. We will review the DC encapsulation before giving the next quota. If a node occupies more than 35%, we will stop delegating the quota.
5. We will clearly tell the customer that we always pay attention to the DC allocation through some tools, such as the filfox browser and other tools. Please remain in awe.
