Remove deprecated methods #287

Remove deprecated methods as they are no longer relevant (they are marked methods will be removed after an accounts' migration process is completed):

-exportWallet - Exports wallet from version 1 account
-migrate - Migrates from FDP account without ENS to account with ENS
-all relevant helpers and interfaces

We don't need these old transitional methods, do we, @tfius?
