npx create-react-app - Doesn't working

I have got an error, when trying to install react-app.

Node version and npm version as per the below.

Please let me know the solutions for this.

I've found this. It's working for me for this. But not sure it will break any other configuration.
Simply removed the npm and npm cache from the user/appdata/roamings folder and remove the path from the environment variables.
