In Discover, add the ability to auto fit / auto resize the column to fit the contents of the column upon double-clicking the column separator while it is turned into an arrow with two points. This will resize the column on the left, and leave enough padding to be legible, for example 5px or so.

Use case:
Actor: User
Action: User hovers cursor over column separator, user double clicks, column to the left is auto fit based on contents of column.

This needs to be implemented in EuiDataGrid, here's a discussions related to this elastic/eui#4019 ... adding upstream label to it
