[Lens] Bubble charts

Thanks to @nickofthyme's work on the new bubble series, we can now ask the question of whether Lens should support Bubble charts as a separate chart type. For example, we can compare the bubble chart in Lens against the combined Line series + Bubbles in Visualize

An important part of Visualize is the "size ratio" parameter:

Without considering the timing, the main open questions are:

• Should Lens require bubble charts to be combined with another chart type?
• Should Lens support bubble charts without a bubble size parameter?

From my perspective I would like to fix the tooltip (elastic/elastic-charts#615) before using the bubble chart in kibana. However, adding the MarkAccessor to the line and area charts I think is fine.

@nickofthyme If I understand your comment correctly, you're saying that you think the bubble charts should only be added on top of line or area charts, not as a standalone chart type?

Correct, at least for now until the tooltip redesign has been addressed.

The biggest blocker for this (I would say it's a blocker) is elastic/elastic-charts#615. Because all xy tooltips assume there is only ever one x value which is no longer true with bubble charts. The tooltip just isn't very user friendly for this chart type atm.

Closing this because it's not planned to be resolved in the foreseeable future. It will be tracked in our Icebox and will be re-opened if our priorities change. Feel free to re-open if you think it should be melted sooner.
