Kibana version: 8.15, main

Describe the bug:

In #180147 we've added filter by creators using UsersProfilePopover component. We noticed that the component doesn't handle longer names and emails well:

We should try to improve it by implementing a proper truncation.

Any additional context:

This issue might bubble up to EUI, need investigate where do we have a bug
