Document summary renders weirdly with images

When you have an image field formatter rendering images for field values and use Discover with a "Document" column, this will render weirdly, since the text will now align with the bottom of the image, i.e. you will even only see it when the column if focused and the text thus visible. Though it might change, that you won't even see it in those cases if we set overflow:hidden in datagrid (see elastic/eui#4959).
