[Goal] Small-multiples details

Feature description

• It should be added one common label for all small multiples.
• The centralMajor label should be filled by the bucket value by default.
• Chart with small-multiples should support three types of alignment: automatic, vertical and horizontal.

@gvnmagni I think we close this, the only outstanding item would be the option to add a common label for rows and columns as we do for xy charts and other.

I believe there is a bigger consideration to make here: we envisioned the possibility to have a common title and subtitle that would be shared because we know that we need some sort of summarisation of data, such as shown in this image, BUT...

...BUT probably this setting doesn't really depends on the Bullet Chart since it si more related to the small multiple feature generally speaking. What I am saying, is that a sort of title or description for columns and rows should work everywhere the same way indipendently from the chart. The following image shows how that concept would be applied for any kind of chart, so maybe we should consider this at a higher level
