TaxEng(Test) - For a new record it does not detect the first data in the Contry combo

For a new record it does not detect the first data in the Contry combo, you have to choose another and return so that it can take it.
1.Enter to tax engine
2. Clic on New Record button
3. Write tax name
4. Clic on save button

Result: does not work, freezes :P

Expected result: Detect the first data or leave it blank to choose a country.
