Context

  • Add Database Migration tool for keeping stac up to date and initializing it in new instances
  • Run database migration tool at start of every invocation
  • Add Stac Server to actually hosting cool stac things - auth?! Warning that it will be public?!
  • Add API to insert items from PEARL backend => Stac
  • test it all
