For each inference, we currently store metadata that include date of inference and derived date of the source imagery (this is currently unavailable because we are using a mosaic). The idea here is for a single project/feature type, we can use the temporality to build easy map comparisons for example with a slider.

We can actually do this with NAIP based on @vincentsarago's work on adding yearly mosaics https://github.com/developmentseed/lulc-infra/pull/453
