Blogs import: hrefs are not working #1528

Hrefs are not working, mouse pointer style is not changed to "hand" after hovering them:

Open blogs list -> choose to import blog: there is text "Sample import XML file" which should be a link to some sample file, but actually link is not working
Upload some valid xml -> choose to import at least one blog: previously it was possible to open created blog by clicking on URL value, but now it is not
