Subject: [PATCH] simplify 'Proxy Settings' to just 'Proxy'

- shorter, less cluttering
- we usually do not say 'Settings' inside 'Settings',
  also having several 'Settings' menu entries in the main menu us not so nice
- same as telegram is doing
