Link to the page on docs.getdbt.com requiring updates

idea from dbt-labs/dbt-core#8753 (thanks @tomans-spirent!)

except for overriding the generate_schema_name() macro, I can't find anywhere that calls this out. Not sure of a good place, but it should be visible!
