Limitation of liability

This topic sets out how much the contractor will compensate the customer for if something goes wrong with the services.

For example, if the contractor builds an app for a customer that doesn’t work, how much can the customer sue the contractor for?

This is a crucial part of the contract to get right – be careful!

Contractor will limit the amount it can be sued for by the Customer to the smallest possible amount.

Contractor limits liability as much as the law allows to Customer for the Services, including liabilities caused by:
