this was allowing aruba to find {project}/bin/git-mob even after
{project}/tmp/aruba/local_bin/git-mob had been removed via the
uninstall command.
reorganize aliases; explode/implode are still supported but rehash is less dramatic and more descriptive (nodenv and rbenv use rehash to recalculate their shims) and uninstall is also.
