  • Select the auto-segmentation layer after pressing auto segment.
    • That should be easy to implement.
  • A shortcut for cancelling masks
    • I am not quite sure about this.
  • auto-segmentation is not cleared after pressing submit for the AIS segmentation widget (but is for AMG)
    • (I can't reproduce that one)
  • LM Generalist model creates too large masks in interactive segmentation.
    • This is probably due to the training data (TissueNet?). Not much we can do right now, but should keep this in mind for a new version and ideally include some organoid data.
  • Training UI:
    • Enable selecting both files and folders (need to check how this works with magicgui)
