Support for Plain Language

📝 Provide a description of the new feature

CKEditor should incorporate basic Flesch–Kincaid readability tests into the user interface to encourage people to write in plain language. Flesch–Kincaid doesn't work for all languages, but there is a growing list here: https://accessibility.civicactions.com/guide/plain-language

I've also started a related issue in Drupal:

Wouldn't it be amazing to be able to toggle on/off something like the https://hemingwayapp.com? https://github.com/wooorm/readability seems like it is much of the way there.
