Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

Due to a crateive empty object check Paste from Word fails on IE in Quirks Mode.

It's enough to change it with if ( !CKEDITOR.tools.isEmpty( styles ) ) { And that would solve the problem.

This was much probably introduced in CKE 4.6.0 - 4.7.0.

  • Browser: Internet Explorer in Quirks Mode
  • CKEditor version: 4.7.0
