I've pulled the newest master code from the repository ucore-arch-arm, but failed to 'make menuconfig' on my Mac, I found that ncurses library should be linked with, I don't know if it is necessary on Linux.
To fix it, just add '-lcurses' to the end of the line 23 in file ucore-arch-arm/ucore/package/config/Makefile.
