5.3

Environment:

macOS

Scenario:

If a cookbook metadata does not include the 'name' field and I run cookstyle it won't autocorrect.

Expected Result:

The name of the cookbook folder is autofilled as the cookbook name field. This will be right enough of the time and if not a user can edit it.
