The MRC version of the annotation files contains all of the labels that were contained in the original mrc files we obtained from the depositors. For example, all MRC files for this run have the same annotation file contents.

We need to

  • Fix writing MRC segmentation masks during ingestion.
  • Re-ingest annotations for 10000, 10001, 10002, 10010
