Remove cucumber code from the repository

Problem description

QualityOnDemand is the only SubProject which has test code based on cucumber in the repository:
https://github.com/camaraproject/QualityOnDemand/tree/main/code/cucumber

The code would need to be updated and regularly maintained.

Expected action

A decision to delete the code from the repository.
